Figured that since Greta’s already mentioned it, might as well put out a more public invitation as well as a bit of a request.

Boot tossed the idea out there for a Quidditch match on the Ranch this Saturday, and we need more players… and Bludgers… perhaps a Snitch… and somebody to make sure that the honourable Referee Moody is capable of keeping his impartiality as a ref. Yes, I am indeed questioning this fact as he has already expressed a conviction that at least one of the players will be cheating.

I’m guessing this will start sometime around noon, or whenever there are enough players to get a scrimmage going.

So, anybody out there in possession of a pair of Bludgers, maybe a Snitch and a couple of bats (if not, somebody will just have to brush up on their Charms), could you bring them over?

Oh, and a whistle for Moody. I don’t think he trusts the one I have in my tent.

Somehow I find myself humming an old Muggle tune today. My dad used to play it when he was tinkering with his broom in the garage, and it’s somehow oddly fitting. Now I just need to figure out how to get it out of my head, before I end up singing it in public…
